Who we are
AICO Services is a service of Trobus Technologies, LLC, an engineering company headquartered in Laurel, Maryland, USA. This notice explains what this website collects and why.
What we collect
Information you give us: your email address when you request the assessment PDF, and the details you enter when you book a call through the embedded Calendly scheduler. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, company, role, optional phone number, and your message. When you complete the first-automation scorecard we collect your name, email, company, the process you scored, and your eight answers, so we can email your result. With a PDF request or a message we also record the page you were on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link.
Usage information: we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and page views, and may create session replays and heatmaps. It uses cookies and similar technologies.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
How we use it
To send you the document you asked for, to answer your message and send you a confirmation, and to follow up about the 30-day assessment. To schedule and hold calls you book. To improve the website. We do not sell personal information and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
Who processes it for us
PDF requests and contact messages are stored in a database on our own server hosted by Hetzner, and the email is sent through our Hostinger mailbox. We also use Microsoft Clarity for site analytics, Calendly for scheduling, and Google Fonts for typefaces. Each processes data under its own privacy terms. Client work is covered separately by a signed NDA and engagement agreement, not by this notice.
Your choices
You can block cookies or analytics scripts in your browser and the site will still work. You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing spaudel@aicoservices.com.
