AI automation · Modernization · Technical diligence

Put AI to work on the work that repeats.

We build AI workflows and agents that hold up in production, modernize the legacy systems in their way, and assess software for investors. Every engagement starts with a 30-day assessment, so you know where you stand before you commit.

Mapping your workflow…

Every engagement starts the same way. A 30-day assessment tells you where the project stands, what your options are, and how long the work will take.

How every engagement starts30day assessment

Before anyone proposes a build, we spend thirty days inside your systems and process. You finish with a clear picture of where you stand and a roadmap you can act on, with us or with anyone else.

Start a 30-day assessment Fixed scope · read-only access · written findings you keep

A 30‑day assessment. Six answers in writing.

A-01

Where your project stands

An honest status of the application, process, or initiative: what works, what is fragile, and what nobody has written down.

A-02

What you can do about it

Practical options with trade-offs, including doing less than you planned or nothing at all.

A-03

Which tools will help

The AI, automation, and engineering tools that fit your stack and team, and the ones that would be hype for your case.

A-04

What to improve in the process

Where handoffs, approvals, and ownership slow the work down, independent of any technology.

A-05

How to upgrade the legacy system

If you want it: a path from the older system to a modern one without a big-bang cutover.

A-06

How long it takes, and the roadmap

A phased plan with durations, dependencies, and decision points for the migration or modernization work.

Week by week

What happens in each of the four weeks.

Week 101

Kickoff and scope

We walk you through our in-house analysis system, which scans your code, repositories, and databases, and agree exactly what the assessment will cover and what you will receive.

  • Scope, systems, and people agreed
  • What you will get: architecture, workflows, recommendations, timeline, risks
  • A go or no-go decision before any access is given
Week 202

NDA, access, and the scan

Once you are ready to proceed, we sign an NDA and you grant read-only access to the necessary repositories and databases. Then our system runs.

  • NDA signed, read-only access granted
  • Data lineage traced across code and databases
  • Workflows and dependencies identified
Week 303

Verify and weigh the options

Senior engineers verify what the system found in working sessions with your team, and capture what is not written down anywhere.

  • Findings confirmed or corrected with your people
  • Options, tools, and process fixes compared
  • Legacy upgrade paths tested against your constraints
Week 404

Roadmap and readout

You receive the written findings and we walk the decision makers through them.

  • Overall architecture and workflow documentation
  • Recommendations and risks, in priority order
  • Timeline and roadmap for the work

AI automation

AI that does real work, not a demo.

Workflows on n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom code. Agents with a defined job, limits, and tests. Every build is measured against the work it replaced.

How it works

Diagnose → Design → Build → Measure.

No vague transformation program. We choose a valuable workflow, define how it should operate, ship it safely, and prove whether it helped.

01

Diagnose

Observe the real workflow, quantify repetitive effort, identify failure points, and choose the highest-value place to begin.

02

Design

Define triggers, decisions, data movement, human review, exceptions, ownership, and success measures before implementation.

03

Build

Deliver a production workflow in small testable increments, connected to the tools your team already uses.

04

Measure

Track time saved, errors prevented, throughput, reliability, and adoption—then improve what the evidence supports.

Engineering behind the AI

Simple for your team. Reliable underneath.

Software development, data engineering, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and security are supporting capabilities. We bring in only what the workflow needs, and we say so when AI is not the answer.

PROMISE
Before you commit

No platform pitch. No AI hype. A written answer in 30 days.

If clearer rules, cleaner data, or better ownership should come before automation or modernization, the assessment says so in writing.

Questions, answered

Assess first. Build what is proven. Expand deliberately.

Thirty days of evidence costs less than one quarter of building the wrong thing.

What is a good first process to automate?+

Look for work that is repetitive, frequent, rule-driven, and measurable—especially when it requires copying data, checking statuses, assembling reports, or moving information between tools.

Do we need to replace our existing software?+

Usually not. We first look for safe ways to connect the tools you already use. Replacement is considered only when the existing system makes reliability or change unnecessarily difficult.

Where does AI fit, and where is it hype?+

AI is useful for reading, extracting, classifying, summarizing, drafting, and narrowly scoped agent work. It is hype when it has no defined job, no limits, and no way to measure quality. Deterministic rules, human review, and audit history stay around important decisions.

Can you work within our existing environment?+

Yes. We design around your current tools, security requirements, cloud environment, data constraints, and team capabilities.

What happens in the 30-day assessment?+

We work inside your systems and process with read-only access. You receive six written answers: where the project stands, what you can do about it, which tools will help, what to improve in the process, how to upgrade the legacy system if you want to, and how long the work takes with a roadmap.

Which tools do you build with?+

n8n, Zapier, Make, and Power Automate for workflows, Claude and OpenAI models for AI steps and agents, and custom code where volume, testing, or cost demands it. The assessment recommends what fits and says why.

Question 1 of 3

What is slowing the team down?

30-day assessment

Know where the project stands in 30 days.

Status, options, tools, process fixes, an upgrade path, and a roadmap with durations. It starts with a conversation about scope.
